You can submit inquiries or job applications through our website. The personal information that you will provide to us via our website comprise your personal name, address, phone number, email address, preferred method of contact, details of your qualifications and career history and details of the job position searched for.

In order to customise our interactions and improve our services, we may ask you for information about your interests, demographics and experiences with our products or services. Such additional information is not mandatory.

The Controller uses personal information in order to carry out this and future recruitment processes effectively.

The Controller uses Google Analytics, a web tool provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Our company assumes no liability for losses or damage, including but not limited to any indirect or incidental damage or any loss or damage resulting from loss of data or loss of profit caused in connection with the use of our website.

Our company makes all efforts to ensure smooth operation of our website. However, the Controller assumes no liability if the website is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons beyond our control.

Data processing for recruitment purposes

The provision of your personal information and your consent to its processing is voluntary and, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, it is a necessary requirement for Charter Sp. z o.o. to be able to initiate the recruitment process.

The sole purpose of the processing of your personal information is to carry out the recruitment process for the job as set out in the Polish Labour Law, with a special reference to the provisions of the Polish Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] No. 24, item 141, as amended), Article 9.2(b), and the General Data Processing Regulation (GDPR).

 

The categories of personal data that will be processed by Charter Sp. z o.o. are as follows: your name; contact details; date of birth; qualifications; career history; skills; and other details that you decide to include on your CV submitted to us.

For the necessary purposes of the recruitment process, your personal information may be shared with recipients such as our employees and associates involved in the recruitment procedures and entities used to provide services in certain areas of recruitment as well as other data recipients, e.g. couriers.

Moreover, we will not process your personal information for the purposes of automated decision-making, including but not limited to profiling.

Your personal information in the form of a submitted CV document will be considered in future recruitment cycles for positions matching your profile for 3 years of the end of the year in which the application was submitted or less if recruitment is no longer possible.

However, information such as your name; phone number; and email address will be considered for the next 6 years or less if recruitment is no longer possible.

You may access the personal information held about you at any time and you are welcome to inform us of any change to your information to ensure smooth communication. You may also request that the personal information held about you be rectified, erased or its processing be restricted and you have the right to data portability and the right to object to its processing and the right to withdraw consent to its processing at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you withdrew your consent. If you withdraw consent to the processing of your personal information or request restriction of the processing, this will preclude you from the recruitment process.

If you decide that you no longer wish us to process your personal information, please let us know in writing or by email to: rodo@charter.net.pl.

You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority (President of the Office of Personal Data Protection, PUODO) if you believe that the processing of your personal information is unlawful. Please note that we use the personal information collected to contact selected candidates only. Any unused information is permanently erased by us after the period indicated above.
